Even though the second amendment assures American’s the right to carry a gun for their and their family’s protection, as of states make you apply for a permit in order to be able to carry any Guns For Sale in Michigan or other places. The only states where you do not have to have a permit are Alaska and Vermont.

Pro: Concealing Discourages Criminals
Since most people who have a permit are law-abiding citizens, it discourages criminals from attacking them. In states, where you have to have a concealed weapons permit, criminals have no idea who is carrying and tend to stay away and go about their business.
Pro: Carriers Feel Safer
It is a no-brainer that if you are able to carry a gun with you when you go out at night or into a bad area that you will be more confident and feel safer as well. If you have a permit to carry a concealed weapon, you are better able to protect yourself and your family from harm when you go somewhere.
Con: The Cost
Applying and paying for a concealed weapons permit is not considered to be cheap. It is possible that your state will require weapons training, tests before you can get a concealed weapons permit, and these can get quite expensive.
Con: Accidents
No matter how extensive the training is, it is always possible to have an accident. Even if you are well trained, it is very easy to panic and shoot someone. It is also possible for the gun to get into unexperienced hands and that can be tragic.
