So when you starting your exercise then take one chart and start to note what time and which exercise you have to do because you have to know what time you are going for what. 1.Make your water favorite drink. Do you know water helps in reducing weight in most effective manner? Do you know a person must have to drink 7 to 8 glass of water a day? It is because water solves our body problems. Don t consume any soft drinks or any carbonated beverages which makes your body spoil and increase many diseases in future. Always use mineral water only because it has power to kill those bacteria s which helps to increase many diseases.

2.Always eat right food with right time because this helps our body to work. Eating food but not in a proper time then this food make gases problem in stomach, for which you have to admit in hospital. Eating food at right time is a good habit but eat 3 to 4 times a day instead of eating wrong food like burger, pizza or any thing which is bad for health.

3. Use always physical exercise because this helps your body to stop fat which makes overweight person.

a. Use stairs instead of lift at office time

. Make a habit of waking instead of driving car to the near by market.

4. Eat more vegetables along foods because this both combination is very good for weight loss. Vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber and many vegetables are there which work well with foods. But don t eat white foods as they contain large amount of carbohydrates, which may further lead to weight gain.

Don t eat food fast like an animal because which food goes fast that food creates lot of problem in stomach to digest. Always eat slowly and put your eating spoon after every bite because this small period will help your stomach to digest food fast and easily.

5. Eat only when your body want food but don t eat whatever you see. Some people have this tendency about food whatever they see they like to eat; it is not a good tendency for health.

6. Instead of drink fruit juice eat fresh fruit because this fresh fruit have more calories then fruit juice. This information is found from studies.
